FAQs

How do I book?

Simply email to check availability and book direct, or if you prefer check our Airbnb calendar. To book direct there is a limited application and lease.

What does it cost ?

2025/2026 rates listed seasonally and are $1900 a month for the current snowbird season of December, January, February, and March. These months are 1 month minimum stays.

All other months are available for shorter stays at seasonal rates based on the time of year and availability. Email us for availability or check on our Airbnb listing.

Are pets allowed?

Is parking available?

Yes, ample parking is available for guests around the building. Each reservation is allowed two cars.

Do you require a security deposit for direct book?

Yes, $500 per month being reserved due at booking, or 50% of the cost of stays shorter than one month, plus a $75 administrative fee if paying by Square.

What is your cleaning fee ?

$175 for a 1 month stay or less, $325 for a deep clean when two months or more are reserved.

What is your cancellation policy?

We feel a fair cancellation policy balances the renter’s flexibility with our needs for security.

We kindly ask for at least 45 days notice for a full refund of the security deposit. Cancellations made between 45 and 30 days will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. All administrative fees are non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to your stay will forfeit all payments made.

In all situations we are also happy to apply those monies towards a future rain date... We understand life can sometimes be unpredictable and open communication can help foster a great relationship between us and our guests which leads to return visits. In cases of severe illness, natural disasters, or other emergencies, exceptions can be made with valid documentation.

When is the balance due ?

We accept Venmo, Zelle, Paypal, Square, or Check. If paying by Check, balance due rule strictly applies to allow for clearance. Should a personal check bounce there is a $25 fee.

What if I book less than 30 days to my stay ?

Then balances are due in full and subject to the cancellation policy. You cannot pay by personal check if booking less than 30 days to your stay.

Sorry... this is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the condo or on the balcony. There are however designated areas on the resort property for smokers.

How do I pay ?

Balances are due 30 days prior to your stay. If paying by personal check balances are due 40 days prior to your stay to allow for fund clearance.

Sorry... Guests pets are not allowed. The Resort HOA policy is that guest may not bring pets and it is strictly enforced.
